That’s why we stay deliberately small and deeply hands-on. We sign creators we can build a real vision around, not whoever can book the next deal, and we put a full team behind each one: brand partnerships, events and experiential, gifting and seeding, PR, and owned-brand operations. It frees our managers to do the part that actually moves a career, which is strategy, taste, and knowing where a creator should go next before anyone else does.

We’ve also built our own platform, Insight OS, so our creators are never in the dark. It gives every creator a live view of their deals, earnings, and full calendar in one place, and gives our team the operating system to run a career end to end. It’s infrastructure most agencies don’t have, and it’s a big part of how we stay this hands-on without dropping a ball.
